2020 19 Crimes Cali Rose
19 Crimes is a brand that was built on authentic stories of rebellion, defiance, loyalty and perseverance. In 1788, transportation to Australia from the UK became the punishment of choice. If you broke any one of the 19 Crimes, you sailed on a harrowing journey where months later your fate awaited. Times were tough but these individuals were tougher and they overcame adversity and insurmountable odds.
Nose: Ripe strawberry notes along with delicate floral, rose petal aromas.
Palate: Fruit-forward notes of fresh raspberry, strawberry and red cherry. Pleasant mouth-feel with balanced acidity and sweetness.
2020 Sterling Vineyard Malvasia Bianca
A Sterling classic, and favorite wine by many, the 2020 Malvasia Bianca leaps from the glass with floral aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle. Tropical fruit notes appear with lychee and guava most apparent. More rounded aromas of Golden Delicious apple, apricot, and honeycomb come next and help to create a wonderfully layered experience. Exotic spice notes intertwine with candied ginger, and honey notes to create a complex flavor that is hard to replicate. Mouth-watering acidity balances nicely with the off-dry sweetness, culminating in an experience best enjoyed during the hot summer days, chilled. The perfect pairing for Thai cuisine, or any spicy food that is not too sweet. Best enjoyed immediately to take advantage of all the fresh, tropical fruit flavors.
2020 Beringer Bros Bourbon Aged Cabernet Sauvignon
Beringer’s latest offering pays tribute to the winery’s very beginning 150 years ago, brothers Jacob and Frederick Beringer left Germany to found a winery and distillery in Napa. Reusing their spirit barrels to age wine just seemed like good financial sense, but they quickly discovered it added a whole new level of richness and complexity to their wine. The 2020 is a bold wine that is bursting with aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate, and vanilla cream The palate is lush with ripe tannins and integrated acidity, showcasing toasted hazelnuts, toffee, and black cherry preserves on the finish.
2018 Sledgehammer Forged Red Wine
The Sledgehammer Forged Red blend hits the mark with hammer(Sledge)skill. Bright, inviting aromas of boysenberry, cherry, cola and spice lead to a lush palate where these juicy fruit flavors ring true. Sweet oak flavors and spicy notes of white pepper and clove add complexity and richness in the wine. The Forged Red blend is incredibly smooth with a full-bodied mouthfeel and wildly flavorful. This powerful yet silky wine is very easy to drink and sure to be a hit with the crowd.
